No Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing The Vibe Lab Art Lounge. Due to the nature of our events and the preparation involved, all sales are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds

Once a booking is made for an event, class, or private session, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including:

• Customer cancellation or change of plans

• No-shows or late arrivals

• Inclement weather (unless The Vibe Lab cancels the event)

• Personal emergencies or illness

2. Rescheduling (One-Time Courtesy)

We "The Vibe Lab" understand life happens. If you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled event, we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule to a future event of equal value, based on availability.

3. Event Cancellations by The Vibe Lab

If The Vibe Lab Art Lounge cancels an event due to low attendance, unforeseen circumstances, or emergencies, you will be offered:

• A full credit toward a future event

• Or a rescheduled session

4. Private Events & Custom Bookings

All private party deposits and payments are non-refundable. Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days in advance to avoid forfeiture.
