2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Payments must be made in full through our approved methods at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no refunds.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Client cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund or credit.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

  • If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, emergencies), you will receive a full refund or be offered a rescheduled date.

4. Event Rules & Behavior

We aim to provide a fun, creative, and safe environment. All participants must:

  • Be respectful to our staff, space, and other guests.

  • Follow all safety instructions.

  • Refrain from damaging equipment or creating disruptions.

We reserve the right to remove anyone from an event or refuse service for inappropriate behavior.

5. Age Policy

  • Guests must be 18+ to attend adult sessions.

  • Some events are 21+ and may be BYOB (check event description).

  • We do not offer services for children under 13.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, branding, and content on this site are owned by The Vibe Lab Art Lounge and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in our events.

  • Third-party service failures (such as payment gateways or email platforms).
